I know that exercising regularly would benefit my health in so many ways. In the long-run, I may even live longer. Knowing how good exercising is for me, I still am not motivated enough to go on a consistent basis. So, I have to come up with some scheme to trick myself.
The goal is to finish a 12-week program. Each week consists of 6 workouts: 3 strength training, 3 cardio. For every completed week, I will pay myself $100. After 12 weeks, I should have enough for something really nice. Catch is to finish the 12-weeks. I can’t just stop at $600 and go, “Oh, that’s good enough.” It’s all or nothing!
