Lang Lang Concert

I just finished watching a classical music concert. A twenty year-old pianist, Lang Lang, was performing. He started learning the intrument when he was 3 years of age. By 15, he played his first venue at Carnegie Hall. Tonight, he performed Tchaikovsky’s “Piano Concerto No. 1, Op. 23” The speed of his hands is impressive. I’m inspired.

Going was my dad’s idea. When I came home from Philly last night, he said he read about a young pianist who’ll be playing at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Today, he went out to the theatre and bought 10 tickets. We sat all the way in the back, but we also had binoculars. The 4th, 6th, and my family went. It seemed only my father and I enjoyed the whole show.
